Bookings

A booking can be made by emailing mail@touchmark.co.uk.   Payment is required in full to confirm the booking and you will receive our bank details following receipt of your email. The week prior to the course you will receive a reminder, joining instructions and directions, if required.

Please aim to arrive on time as it is very disruptive for other students.  If you know that you are going to arrive late please call and let us know on the studio numbers given.

Cancellations/Illness

PLEASE NOTE:  Once a course is booked and paid for, we are unable to offer refunds for whatever reason. We are a small independent business with a fully equipped studio and take a maximum of just 6 students on each course.  Our course fees are calculated taking this into consideration so we are unable to absorb any loss as a result of a cancellation.

If you are unwell and unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member but we are not able to refund you directly so please thoroughly check dates and your availability before booking.

We do not permit the transfer of class dates once booked. Each class is scheduled and planned based on booking numbers so once booked you cannot transfer your booking to another class.

In the unlikely event that Touchmark Studios cancels a course, you will be offered an alternative date to attend the same class or another suitable alternative.  We will do our very best to provide you with notice 24 hours before the course is due to start if we foresee that the course will not be able to run. If you cannot attend alternative dates, we will refund you in full.

Accommodation and travel costs are the responsibility of the students and will not be covered should the unlikely event of a class being cancelled occur.
