Traditional jewellery making is a skill acquired and perfected over many years of practice and the 5 day Jewellery Skills Course is a brilliant introduction to this amazing craft.  The course is an intensive, technique driven course aimed at beginners to jewellery making and those wishing to improve or add to their skill set.  The course has been designed to cover a host of essential skills which normally take up to a year to cover at college and will give students a head start to their jewellery making journey.  During the 5 days,  students will make several  pieces of jewellery that reinforce the techniques they have learned including a stone set ring, silver earrings, hand crafted ear wires and fittings and a bracelet.  Detailed handouts on techniques will be provided.
